Do you think that the Welsh Eisteddfod excludes the Welsh culture by simply promoting Welsh Language?

I think the point is that Wales has TWO official languages, Welsh and English. In some areas of Wales you simply do not hear Welsh being spoken and the attitude of the Eisteddfod excludes these areas. As this is a bilingual country an event celebrating Welsh culture should also be bilingual. I do not speak Welsh which does not make me any less Welsh it simply is not spoken in my part of Wales. The difference between English speakers in Wales and speakers of foreign languages in England is that English is one of our official languages.
