Do you think that the United States relentless aggression will lead to a nuclear holocaust?
The real trouble I think will be irresponsible regimes passing on nukes to terrorist groups (probably Islamic), or using them on the sly. Russia is arguably heading towards dictatorship, Pakistan might become more extreme Islamically, Iran might have weapons within 5 years. Having said that I think that America was too aggressive after 911 – many people conceded that the Taliban needed to be removed if they wouldn’t give up on harbouring Osama, but after that support was lost a lot. The aggression has got the Ayatollocracy in Iran going in headlong pursuit of a nuclear deterrent (which they unfortunately might also give to shia terror groups.) But I don’t think the Americans will use nuclear weapons on anyone unless someone strikes them in that way – in which case it would be likely I suspect.
