Its fair to assume that some suppliers will inevitably be treated as being more equal than others if they are paying enough for the privilege (even if they do not have the most competitive products). Theoretically it would be easy for websites that list savings to alter the ranking of suppliers to ensure maximum profits. However this would present an unfair and imbalanced picture to the consumer. If this were the case, youd have to question why you are in business in the first place.
