Do you think that Jango really wanted Boba to be a bounty hunter like him?
I think Jango had a large enough sized ego to want Boba to follow in his footsteps. I believe that was the reason behind having Boba created in the first place. Jango even went through the trouble of creating a holo book of sorts, for the training and guidance of Boba in the event of his death. Had he not seriously wanted Boba to be a bounty hunter, or rather wanted Boba to choose I do not think that he would have done that. It was more than just “well I’ll teach him the only thing I know” because Jango left enough credits for Boba so that he really could have persued any career he really wanted. But he guided and worked him to want to be a bounty hunter.
