no i don’t think that any government should encourage competition between business in an industry .as business is nothing but trading ,marketing and selling ,so there maybe adverse affects.there is enough competition already between different companies and there is no need to add some more.moreover the companies involved in business may get tempted to use wrong methods for surpassing each other.
