I sadly believe that you are right. I think that people have lost the true meaning of the season. That meaning is Jesus. It is How God loves us so much, he gave us his only son to save us. Some embraced him. Most Ridiculed him. They hated him so much, that they put him to death on the cross, the cross being him shown as a common criminal. It was a death he freely accepted, because he knew it would take away our sins. I keep the aspect of the Lord’s birth alive in my heart every day. I wish to be a Christian till my flesh gives way and I join The father in heaven. Then I will be truly happy, in Paradise. I go to church every Sunday and try to love others as God loves us. Last Christmas, after Christmas mass, I see a small boy in a corner. He looks lonely so I go up to him. I ask him what he thought of the mass. He says it was alright. I say that we now know the message of Christmas, Jesus. He then says, Who’s Jesus? It felt like my heart broke into pieces. This boy was 7 and didn’t know
