No, not in principle. In the first place, I wonder how a change within the authorities can be initiated in time so as to reach continuity, development and adaptation to the present conditions. In my eyes, a successful combination of experienced officials who have a diplomatic vision and younger, committed and motivated specialists would be the ideal solution. Very often, we find the problem that officials, who assume their office for a long time already, want to keep it out of personal reasons. We do have numerous excellent and experienced experts, who have acquired great merits within the member federations and the UEG and who are willing to assume this responsibility. We have to introduce them to their future tasks and prepare them. Why do you wish to retire after the first half of the present term of office?
