Do you think soccer will ever overtake Australian Rules football in Australia?

I do not think there is anything to worry about… I mean when the World Cup comes around everyone is interested in that for 3-4 weeks then most people go back to watching AFL or Rugby. I mean if you want to know what is more popular international games between great soccer teams like Italy, Brazil, etc or AFL then you might have to worry a bit, but as I said they only come around one ever 4 years, and I do not see anyone caring too much about the Australians playing Bahrain the other day… So the question you have to ask will the Local Soccer league be more popular then AFL, I really can not see that happening, AFL is the best Competition in the world the A league is nowhere near it… I am sure people in Australia are more passionate about the English league or Italian league then A league… So in conclusion AFL V’s World Soccer yea maybe World soccer will win for 4 weeks every 4 years, the rest of the time AFL will be infront…
