Do you think sharing and downloading copyrighted files/torrents should be illegal or not?

I think it should be legal! When downloading said files we encounter hazards just like gambling you never know when that “new” song is going to be a Trojan horse virus. Or something else that can really screw up your computer. Also when you buy the product it is yours, if it is not then you should be able to listen to it or watch it and then return it and only pay for it at it’s value that you determine. For example if you did not like it you do not pay. (that will keep them from having ONE good song and a entire cd filled with crap!) Or if you like it you pay the full price!
