Do you think Protestant and evangelical churches teachexplain the bible better than in catholic churches?

You are getting the pastor’s opinion and personal interpretation of scripture at a Protestant church. And since they have no Mass to celebrate, no consecration, they spend more time preaching. Protestant faiths are based on the Bible, whereas the Catholic faith is based on Christ. The Bible came after the Catholic Church. I don’t find the homilies at my Church superficial for the most part. It really depends on the priest. Some are better speakers/teachers than others. But the teaching and interpretation of scripture for Catholics, is the same unchanged understanding for 2000 years, not the personal opinion of each individual priest. So while you may find the sermon at a Protestant service more “enlightening” or emotional, this does not mean you are actually hearing divine truth.
