Do you think president of a country should work like a CEO of a large company.?
CEO of a large company requires large brain and great experience in business activities of the given line. But for the President of a Country requires support from rich ones for the election campaign and those who supported the President as candidate reap the benefits and run the country to maximum distress; great example was President Walker Bush and looters of Iraq…..And Present pitiable state of US and world economy!!!!
I do not know what work a CEO does. I do not know what work a President does. But these are definitely used to represent the heads of some nation or organization. While the US president is truly is a head of state the Indian counterpart is not. But still the STRONGEST PRESIDENT ON EARTH COULD NOT PREVENT THE RECESSION. The proven competencies of CEOs of most banks and other financial institutions in USA is not so encouraging, especially when the recession has just started fading and it is so fresh in our minds. What we need is not rules / system but right principles. The guiding principle of banks was aimed at short term benefit and blind attempt to stay in competition with one another. The guiding principle of a nation is the single most factor that drives improved life. A good example is Switzerland.
