Do you think Mary Magdalene played a bigger part in Jesus life than was told?
No. The Bible tells us everything about her that needs to be known. She was formerly a prostitute, but left that sinful way of life when she met Jesus following him and obeying God instead. She is not the main focus of the New Testament, but one of the many followers of Jesus. She was not the wife of Jesus, nor did she have any intimate relationship with Jesus as Dan Brown suggested in The Da Vinci Code. This is entirely a work of fiction, and unfortunately some people think that it is fact purely because the story is so well written. Do not confuse a fictional story with the truth of the Bible!
