Do you think language codes and community guidelines are unconstitutional and violate free speech?

I can agree with the language code simply because there are a lot of kids in this forum that are just to young to be subjected to it (though they probably hear more of it at home than on Y/A) The community guidelines are, in my opinion, anti- first amendment. The problem is that it only takes one or two people to report you before you get a violation and Y/A seems to favor the left more than the right. Rather than issuing you an offer to correct the offensive statements they completely remove your question and the dock you 12 points, and you have very slim chances of winning an appeal.
