Do you think its ridiculous for 30000 people to party in downtown Las Vegas?”
I don’t think it is ridiculous that 30,000 people converged on the Las Vegas strip to bring in the New Year this year. In fact, I wish I could have been there! With music, partying and fireworks being shot off from the rooftops of seven of the casinos I bet it was a sight to behold. Apparently the whole show was choreographed to pop music, country songs and Dean Martin. It sounds like many of the hotels were sold out and that there was standing room only in some of the restaurants. They say it is the biggest party of the year in Vegas and hey, what better way to kick off the New Year than hanging out with 30,000 other happy, joyful people, right? I think New Years is one of the best times of the year because everyone is filled with so much hope for better things to come in the following year. It is one of the few times where you see almost everyone smiling, laughing and having a good time. Since I couldn’t make it to Vegas this year I guess I’ll have to make due with the photo slidesho
