Do you think its a bit unfair that real estate agencies, buy bargain properties?
This is like saying do you think it is unfair for a auto mechanic to work or his car and not have to pay for it. Or a lawyer that can do his own work and not have to pay for it where the rest of us if we need a mechanic or a lawyer we have to pay for it. Real estate agents work hard and had to pass test and classes so this is a perk of being in that field just like all fields have perks. Also one problem I have is that when you give someone something they don’t take care of it and don’t learn anything from it. I do real estate for a living and see a lot of public housing and programs like section 8 where the government pays all or most of the persons rent. Most of the time the person that is receiving the money or rent does nothing to keep the property up and when something breaks demands for us to fix it. I don’t think you should just give them anything. I do think you should try to teach them something like a skill they can use or how to make it into days environment then they can ge
