as long as you eat a healthy dinner like a lean meat and some veggies, you should be fine, and the peanut butter with toast is fatty and if you know this it can make you feel guilty, and if you eat a little more for lunch like adding a salad you won’t benge on so much when you get home, the idea is to eat the carlories through out the day not at once, so eat your strawberries, and maybe some ceral in the am, a small salad with some fruit for lunch come home and eat a 100 carlorie bar or whatever, and a good dinner like I described and you should be fine I wouldn’t consider you anorexic yet just eat healthy and you won’t feel guilty

Your obsessing too much on what you have eaten…first off, what you have eaten is totally HEALTHY! So there is nothing to be ashamed or guilty of….keep this in mind no matter how full you may feel….don’t make yourself throw it up….and eat a healthy snack in between now and dinner…maybe another fruit or energy bar….I have no idea how much you weigh but if you think your on the road to anorexia…GET HELP immediately…dont’ hesitate….this isn’t something to play around with….it’s a mental illness as well as a physical one….Good Luck to you hon!
