Do you think i have social problem or anxiety attacks?
Anxiety and depression are a similar issue.I myself have anxiety and it leads to sleep problems.Depression can cause anxiety and anxiety can cause depression lol.My best bet is to try and take it easy.By the looks of what you wrote it seems like a breakdown.Everyone has those.If it keeps getting worse try and see a doctor.Or try and force yourself to enjoy the life you got.Remember life is just to damn short.
