No it’s not harsh at all since both ur skin and eyes are dark. It would be harsh if you had fair skin and green eyes per say, but then again black eyeliner also flatters fair skinned girls. What you need to be careful about is how you apply it, how intense you make it and stuff. You need to find a style that suits your eyes. Other than that, no, it’s not harsh at all.
