Do you think Berkeleys idealistic metaphysics is supported or threatened by contemporary views of natural science?

Neither. Contemporary views of natural science do not think about nor care about the bubble head views of Berkeley.

I think it’s definitely threatened by all human experience including the natural sciences. Most natural scientists have moved to exactly the opposite epistemic position; i.e. materialism. While I disagree with both idealism and materialism and I hold that the truth lies somewhere in the middle (that is to say both ideas and matter exist) I don’t think anyone could rightly claim that modern science provides much support for Berkeley.
