Do you swaddle a 3 month old?my baby finds it difficult to stay asleep.?
Yes, swaddle her! My baby was the same way and I ended up swaddling her until almost 6 months old. She would sleep 8-14 hours like that! I found that after she was over 2 months old the standard receiving blankets were not quite big enough and she was wriggling them open easily in the night so we found some nice big ones! I love the blankets from Swaddle Designs. The company was founded by a nurse who strongly believes in the positive effects of swaddling. These blankets are much bigger, beautifully soft and excellent quality. Also, they have a tag with swaddling instructions to remind you on how to do it — excellent for Dads!
