Do you still believe that Danny Glover said the earthquake in Haiti was caused by Global Warming?
First of all the only people who care are deniers, because they were desperately hoping that anyone would connect the earthquake to AGW. I recall 2 denier questions asking how soon “alarmists” would connect the two. Frankly it’s rather disgusting that people would treat the deaths of so many people so callously. As for what he said, as soon as somebody asked about it I looked it up and listened to the interview in question. I found an article which claimed he had linked the two (in the Huffington Post, no less, which is supposed to be a liberal news outlet) and took a few selected quotes out of context. Then when I actually listened to the interview, it was clearly not that straightforward. Essentially he was talking about the dangers island nations face, then he started talking about global warming and Copenhagen. He never actually said the earthquake was caused by climate change. Basically he grouped together the earthquake and the various effects of climate change as dangers facing
