G: Of course, but then I would have to promise to kiss Nathan after every point we won. I don’t think it would have the same effect as it did on Jamie Murray! N: The only ever reason I would wish to be a tennis player is for the money – we would be millionaires! But life isn’t about money and I wouldn’t change what I do. Do you bear a grudge against the Chinese pair who beat you in Athens, Zhang Jun and Gao Ling? Would it still mean something special to beat Gao Ling with her new partner, Zheng Bo? G: I bear more of a grudge against Zhang Jun. He was the one who was doing all the gamesmanship against us in the final. Now I look at him and he has got quite fat and not anywhere near the player he used to be! As Gao Ling is still winning everything with her new partner, I have more respect for her.
