A challenging trend in the airfreight market is to continually add value to the products we offer our customers. Our answer to this is to become more efficient and then pass on the benefits gained from this to customers. Higher efficiency is primarily being achieved through the greater integration and use of IT that can speed up decision-making and facilitate smoother workflows. Do you see any trends that affect Scandinavia in particular, Lars? Without doubt, another trend is the growing competition in our home market. Until recently, there was less competition from foreign carriers in Scandinavia, but this is now changing for a number of reasons. At the top of the list is that as markets become tougher in other parts of the world, carriers with spare capacity are looking for new business possibilities here in Scandinavia, even if sometimes only on a short-term basis.
