No, we do not require membership in Home School Legal Defence Association (HSLDA) but we highly recommend membership in HSLDA or Homeschool Legal Advantage. Both provide free professional legal representation and assistance with any social service contacts and investigations related to homeschooling. Outlook Academy has neither the resources nor expertise to provide legal aid if needed.
