Do you require any modern foreign languages for admission to the ThM program?
Modern foreign languages are not required for admission to the ThM program. However, the program is taught in the English language. All applicants for whom English is a second language are asked to take the TOEFL and TWE examinations as part of the admission process. A language appropriate for theological scholarship may be required by the department for a particular program (e.g., Latin for research in medieval theology).
