Do you recommend using activated charcoal with prefilter pad before it get to the protein skimmer?
no I don’t recommend it. If you want to use any charcoal its best to use it: sparingly infrequently not for extended periods of time and in the sump (so its easily removed) can i add strontium to doser with kalkwasser?thanks Its better if you don’t, really there is no advantage of doing this but its a possibility to lessen the effectiveness of the kalkwasser. My advise is to mix the kalk separately and use it. Then add strontium separately.
