Instant release tablets may dissolve instantly in the stomach, but the medication isn’t going to start being absorbed until it gets into the small intestine and once there, it’s absorbed into the body at a rate where the blood concentration of morphine is one the body can handle. Crushing and snorting the pills will result in a much, much, much higher concentration of morphine in the blood than the body can safely handle. If you don’t end up killing yourself, you could very likely do serious damage to your organs, especially your liver and kidneys.
