Do you recommend purification of the amplified cDNA prior to qPCR analysis?
No. It is recommended that qPCR be performed using the amplified cDNA prior to the Post-SPIA Modification steps. A small aliquot can be removed immediately following SPIA, diluted and used directly for qPCR. Refer to the Ovation RNA-Seq System User Guide for recommendations on achieving optimal results.
