Depends on the situation. High end restaurants can be a great time, don’t order off the menu, just have the waitstaff tell the chef to make whatever he/she pleases. You get some really astonishingly good food that way. Everyday, I don’t want to be bothered to dress up, and am lucky enough to have some quite good small casual restaurants nearby.
