Yes, but DVDNow Texas reserves the right to make the decision, investigate and determine the cause of defective dvd’s which may or may not have scratches. There are times dvd players need to be cleaned and cared for properly which also causes dvd’s to appear defective and scratched. Any questions involving RETURNS & REFUNDS should be emailed with written confirmation detailing the problems the customer is having and to allow DVDNow Texas to research and address each customer concern.
