Do you need planning permission to build a concrete construction garage?
OK…OK.. I have a few questions (about the other responses)because even though I have been around the concrete business all my life I am always trying and willing to learn something new. 1. How do you make a concrete garage portable? 2. How do you build a garage out of concrete not affixed to the ground? The bottom line is, as garage (detached or not) typically needs to be permitted. But really just call your local building office they will tell you with more certainty than anyone on this site as we are not familiar with your local codes.
