I registered with PayDotCom as part of the action plan for an online Internet course. I successfully logged in a few times and one day I was unable to access the site with my username and password. The first thing I did was to look for help on the site. I was unable to find anything pertaining to the inability to logon to the site. I looked and looked and decided to click on the FAQ button. I immediately noticed that there were numerous comments pertaining to not being able to logon, and not receiving any assistance from PayDotCom. I was also frustrated and searched from page to page for assistance. I finally noticed a “Help” button at the top of the page. I clicked on the button and there was no indication of the help I needed. I finally noticed a “Help Desk” button at the bottom of the page, after a few days of searching, and I clicked on the button.
