Directive EEC 89/336/EC This does not apply directly to conventional transformers. For Power Supplies and Inverters we create a technical file with a combination of Design notes, Simulations and Test results. We use MIL-STD-461F, Def-Stan 49-411, RTCA DO160-D and Mil-STD704E as guidelines.
