Do you make sugar-free / dietetic, low-carb, or organic cheesecakes?
YES! Stockbridge’s is pleased to offer dietetic, low-carb, and organic versions of our delicious cheesecakes, in any of our available sizes. Dietetic cheesecakes are offered in the following flavors: New York, lime, lemon, amaretto, marble, and chocolate. Prices are increased due to the higher cost of specialty ingredients used. • How long will my cheesecake last? Our cheesecakes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. They may also be frozen for up to a year and then thawed on your kitchen counter! • Do your cheesecakes come pre-sliced? Stockbridge’s provides a small piece of fishing line to cut your cheesecake. Simply wrap the two ends around your fingers, pull the line taut and through the cake. Once you hit the bottom, pull the line through one end of the cake. Repeat to make wedges.
