Do you make physical practice (such as some forms of astanga Yoga or pranayama or walking meditation) a part of your religious beliefs?
I try to but things like time and money stops me. I’m trying at present to see if I can take up Tai-Chi, Bellydancing and a few other activites. At present, the fact I have not enough money but plenty of time is what stops me. I practice my beliefs through how I act everyday. It is not something that I do once a week or every now and again.
