A novel version of Sanskrit Reader OCR is built by Oliver Hellwig, at http://www.sanskritreader.de/, both German and English version. As of now, only the older version is available at mirror. The software “Reads Nagari texts in Sanskrit and Ardhamagadhi, Trainable, allows Spellchecking during and after recognition. Text can be exported to the clipboard and inserted in extern writing programs.
