I searched everywhere I could imagine. The best I could come up with is the Ohio State All Time Jersey Listing – a list of all numbers ever worn with a sub list of all players who have worn that number. It also indicates the YEARS THAT THE PLAYER wore the number. So, you can determine who was on the roster for 1964 and 1965 and what number they wore for the years in question. By the way, the Buckeyes were 7 wins and 2 losses each year.
