Do you know of any simple and easy profiteroles recipes with easy to follow instructions?
I’ve always found Delia Smith to give the most straightforward recipes with straightforward instructions. Here is a recipe for profiteroles from her that I’ve used and it works well. http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/galle… You can fill the profiteroles with freshly whipped cream instead of Delia Smith’s recommended filling and instead of the caramel, you can just melt some good quality chocolate and spoon it over the profiteroles.
