Answer Hi! Regretably, I am not aware of any operators offering day trips from Albufeira to Fatima. I have done a quick search of the Portuguese web and cannot find any relevant entries. I suspect that out of season there would not be much demand for such a service. I suggest that your folks ask the hotel they are going to stay at for the name of a local travel agent who may be able to help.
