Do you know if paxil is one of the best antidepressants for treating anxiety disorders?
I read that it is the only one approved for all the anxiety disorders like: Generalized Anxiety Disorder Panic Disorder +/- Agoraphobia Social Anxiety Disorder Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I read that for example lexapro is only approved for generalized anxiety disorder whereas Effexor XR is approved for generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety disorder. Of course, the later two are also approved for depression but not for all the anxiety disorders like paxil.
