Do you keep taking Gonal F until its time for the trigger shot?

I had 3 cycles on Gonal F and Trigger and I used the trigger after my last shot of Gonal F (I started Gonal F on CD 5 and had 2-3 u/s and usually by cd 12 I used the Trigger.) I didn’t use opk’s during these cycles and my nurse never said that my bloodwork was wrong. However, I did have another medication on hand if my levels got too high so they could control the maturity level and release date. I would just ask your nurse if you have concerns that you may be close to O-ing on your own. Best wishes this cycle!
