Do you include bilingual or foreign language sites in the Worldclass Supersite?
Bilingual of course, as that feature only can make a site more accessible to a global readership. Sites that are only written in a foreign language are generally not included in the collection because that would exclude too much of the readership. For those that are interested though, we do know of many good Chinese, German, Japanese, French, Spanish and other foreign language sites and we could pass on the URLS to you upon request. And we did feature a foreign-language site as a Gold Tiger winner in December 1996.
