Do you have to undertake a placement on the Graduate Certificate programme?
We do not require students to take on a placement on the Graduate Certificate programme. However, we do encourage students on the Graduate Certificate, who wish to go on to further training in Counselling Psychology, to undertake voluntary experience alongside the programme. The kinds of experience we would recommend would be within the helping professions such as care work, befriending or telephone counselling.
