Do you have to have two english walnut trees for them to produce nuts?
The first answerer is technically correct, in that most Black Walnut trees are self-fertile. You will typically get far higher nut yields when planted in groups, so I highly recommend that you have at least 2 plants, preferably more, though this will be dictated upon by your space, or proximity of neighbouring trees.
