Do you have to have a music, film or acting background, or are there any prerequisites required for starting the MediaTech Institute program?
You do have to have a High School diploma or GED equivalent to be considered for admittance to MediaTech Institute. During registration, you will need to bring proof, in the form of an original diploma or official transcript. It is not necessary to have music, film or acting in your background; however, we strongly encourage outside, private study in these areas. Strong skills in these areas continue to develop over a lifetime.
