With an exemption of this nature, there are three Ministries that should be consulted for clarification; Ontario Ministry of Labour www.labour.gov.on.ca , Ministry of Training Colleges & Universities www.tcu.gov.on.ca and the Electrical Safety Authority www.esainspection.net.
