Rock on for wanting to join the work force! It depends upon what state you live in, I believe. You might need to get your working papers filed before you fill out an application. When I got my first job here in NY when I was 16, I had to attach my working papers to my application. As long as you have the right documents, LB can’t really say anything. Check into it by researching via your state’s department of labor website. Good luck!
