We do not have anything that addresses radiant heat with 4 x 2 open web floor trusses. There would be no more adverse affects with 4 x 2 open web floor truss than with a 2 x 10. Lumber is lumber and as long as the pipes are installed properly (i.e., no leaking), there should not be a problem with using 4 x 2 open web floor trusses.
