Do you have ANY idea if Saban plans to tell us the identity of the Phantom Ranger?
Let me first go over the history of the Phantom Ranger. Waaaaaay back in March 97, his name was released. VRV Master from Carranger would be named Phantom Ranger here on PRT. The speculation began immediately. My favorite? Kimberly would be Phanty! Oh, it was great. They hadn’t even shot a single show with Phanty on it, and people already were making up ideas that were lightyears off. Just before Blue Senturion appeared, there were very convincing rumors that he would either be Billy (don’t ask how), or Zordon’s son. Somehow, this rumor, which actually came from a few people who knew certain people on the set, bled over to Phantom Ranger in the fall. The mentioning of him being an Eltarian voyager fueled it. So, WHO was Phantom Ranger? Chip “Judd” Lynn knows. He knows, and Jackie Marchand knows. Nobody else seems to. They DID plan it to be someone.
