I don’t know why you’d want to use this ingredient as it’s the same thing as baking powder and probably hard to find. Look up the recipe for “Icelandic Air Buiscuits”. It’s a mixture of 10X sugar, eggs, cocoa, and your ingredient.It’s kind of like a meriange cookie.
